The time that we shared was something magical. Your little hand in mine, we explored the world together and you forever changed my life, as is the case when you love someone as I love you. I knew it from the moment I first saw you, just I know it today. There is an eternal home for you in my heart, a soft place where you can be your authentic self. I love you just as you are and I will always do my very best to help your authentic self shine, to be a calm place for you to rest, to be a warm place when you feel sad, to be your father.
